Tuesday is for chasing rainbows.

tue

Take a breath its Tuesday.  As promised, I met with the manager of a quaint country pub I go to every Friday yesterday.  You see I am so lucky I take my mother, who is 86, there for a meal the people in the bar appreciate how wonderful my mother is and has been as a parent and treat her like a queen. Mind it is one of those old English pubs where a real welcome is had by everyone.

When I told John, the manager, I wanted to invite friends to share in the launch of my book, Primeval Scream, he could not have been nicer.  So we came  with a time and a date for this soiree so everyone can put it in their diary, everyone who can attend that is.

The date for the Evening Soiree is 11 September 2015 Start Time 20:30, quite late but it matches the dark nature of the book. There will be a famous duo performing a few numbers too (will tell you about them nearer the time) and if you can get we can meet each other too.

I’m lucky to have had the parents I did as they both worked hard to ensure their three children were happy.  Thinking about this I did a little work last week and everyone who has the book knows the opening gambit give me a boy… and so on.  I was talking to a young lad aged 7 who attends a very good ‘public school’ in Durham about his future: he gave me a full account of his route; the college he would be going to in Oxford, then the law firm he would be joining, just like his father and so on.  I was astonished his account was so detailed.

After a while I thought to myself, could other children do that?  Most at seven, because of circumstances, have no idea what they will be doing.  Many are trying to survive.  It is our role to break down these barriers, ensure the safety of the young in society.  It is only when they are safe can they truly be happy. It is only when they are happy that they can consider their future.  It is only when everyone is fulfilled that society will be the inclusive place we all pray for.

Have you done anything to help today?  Have you heard any of the silent primeval screams many children give?  Sometimes you may miss them so silent are they.

Can you help one child on the way to finding their pot of gold at the end of their rainbow?  Everyone can make a difference.

A NEW REVIEW ON AMAZON TOO JUST POSTED

Tuesday is for chasing rainbows.

Monday so it’s time to be awesome

Well here in the land of Primeval Scream things just seem to be getting better.  I have read a few reviews in the press about the book which is fine and they all shine a light on the novel.  Yesterday the best one ever I did not sleep all night!  Why you may well ask!   It was all down to a review on Amazon.  It means so much because it is a review from a person who chose to buy the book.

Their review is wonderful and they actually have asked for a follow up!  Later they caught up with me on Twitter to ask some questions about the characters too.  I did settle their minds and know I will have to quench their thirst and pen a follow up.

I have an appointment at 11:00 this morning for the Primeval Scream Launch and get together.  Naturally there will be more of that in the days to come.

Have an awesome day.

You know you want the words too

Monday Monday, so good to me,
Monday Monday, it was all I hoped it would be
Oh Monday morning, Monday morning couldn’t guarantee
That Monday evening you would still be here with me.

Monday Monday, can’t trust that day,
Monday Monday, sometimes it just turns out that way
Oh Monday morning, you gave me no warning of what was to be
Oh Monday Monday, how could you leave and not take me.

Every other day, every other day,
Every other day of the week is fine, yeah
But whenever Monday comes, but whenever Monday comes
You can find me cryin’ all of the time

Monday Monday, so good to me,
Monday Monday, it was all I hoped it would be
Oh Monday morning, Monday morning couldn’t guarantee
That Monday evening you would still be here with me.

Every other day, every other day,
Every other day of the week is fine, yeah
But whenever Monday comes, but whenever Monday comes
You can find me cryin’ all of the time

Monday so it’s time to be awesome

I woke up this morning with a huge smile on my face and I have to admit I did sing.  I am still pinching myself about Friday then yesterday John Loftus adding his picture reading Primeval Scream with Ethan James on his lap.

Well I have managed to sort some entertainment for the get together which will be a surprise to some but I know everyone will enjoy.  The date should be Friday 11th that all depends on me receiving confirmation tomorrow.

It will be a later than normal start 20:30 I thought to match the dark nature of the book. I will confirm the venue either Monday or Tuesday those that know where I go every Friday will no doubt have worked it out already.

And why not sing along too it will make you feel as happy as I am —-

Gliddy glub gloopy nibby nabby noopy
La la la, lo lo
Sabba sibbi sabba nooby aba naba
Lee lee, lo lo
Tooby ooby wala
Nooby aba naba
Early morning singin’ song

H.A.P.P.Y. SATURDAY

saturday-flower-1It is not only a good but a great Saturday, Why?  You may well ask my day yesterday kept getting better and better!  The icing on the cake was when a young lady came to my place of work to let me know she just could not put PRIMEVAL SCREAM DOWN.

I was a little shocked by the feeling of real elation, this compliment made me feel that Di Smith was right all along!  Now I hope others will feel what Catherine felt too.

I’m still pinching myself.

Don’t worry too much about 11.09.15 the event will happen I have booked the band and spoke to the venues proprietor so that will be a good evening for me to say thank you to you all too.

You could have knocked me out with a feather when I saw the press release!  No wonder, a News company picking up Primeval Scream and broadcasting it.  Thank goodness it is Friday must have a pint of three of four.  I’d better share the link and thanks to you I’m sure it is a reflection of all the great remarks you have made about the book so THANK YOU.

Wacky Wednesday?

rEQpj

I have a feeling Wednesday will be Whacky but I was right about Tuesday as it was a terrific Tuesday!  The telephone call was to advise me that there would be a press release re the story – a succinct one just enough to let people know that Primeval Scream by Chris J Keelty is a book and it is about family relationships and the legal system.

Now what will today bring?
